Hatha Flow: Yoga to Go with Eva Makstutis
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday ~ Noon to 1 PM
 
Experience joyful release during your lunch hour! Emphasizes flowing postures to create balance in the body, mind, and emotions. Incorporates yoga philosophy, breath work, and restorative postures.  All levels welcome.
 
Cost: $12 per class or 6 sessions for $60.

Classical Pilates Beginner/Intermediate Mat Class

The six-week session will meet Tuesday, June 10 & 24. July 15, 22, 29. Aug 5.  6-6:50
This 50 minute class will introduce you to the foundation of Pilates mat work - floorwork - as well as the classical language. You will look to your own body to create resistance - an amazing way to connect with and strengthen your core. This class challenges you by creating flow through the exercises and deepening your awareness with each movement while working stamina, strength, stretch and stability - a great Pilates workout! Open to all fitness levels and those new to Pilates.
 Drop in rate is $12 per and 6 for $60.
